1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to OnlinePixelz (operating via onlinepixelz.xyz, referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, submitting a software product or tool, or purchasing any paid listing or Outrank service, you ("the Customer", "Founder", or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase any digital services offered on the Platform.

2. Description of Digital Services

OnlinePixelz operates a curated software discovery platform, digital directory, and developer launchpad with high domain authority (Moz Verified DA 53). Our commercial services include:

• Standard Listing (Free): Submission into our general evaluation queue with standard evaluation timelines (30–45 business days).
• Instant Fast-Track (₹999 INR): Immediate automated approval and live publication with a verified permanent DoFollow backlink from our DA 53 domain and rich snippet Schema.org integration.
• Featured Spotlight (₹2,499 INR): Premium homepage hero banner placement, category top sticky visibility, priority indexing, and immediate automated activation.
• Outrank & Live Spot Bidding (Starting from ₹50 INR): Real-time dynamic ranking auction allowing founders to bid micro-amounts in INR to claim top spots on our public leaderboards and category rankings immediately.

3. Pricing, Billing & Payment Processing

Currency of Transaction: All prices, fast-track fees, and Outrank bids displayed on the Platform are strictly denominated and billed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹), inclusive of applicable taxes.

Payment Gateway: All online payments are securely processed through our authorized payment partner, Cashfree Payments (Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd.). We support UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and Net Banking. OnlinePixelz does not directly capture, process, or store sensitive card credentials or banking passwords.

Payment Confirmation: Upon successful transaction authorization by Cashfree, your order confirmation and digital tax invoice/receipt will be dispatched immediately to the submitter email address provided during checkout.

4. User Representations & Submission Guidelines

When submitting any product, software application, or URL to OnlinePixelz, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the authorized owner, creator, founder, or representative of the submitted software product.
• The website and product URL are live, operational, and provide legitimate functionality.
• The product does not contain malware, trojans, phishing scripts, deceptive scams, or illegal content.
• The product does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights.
• The product complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

5. Editorial Discretion & Review Process

OnlinePixelz maintains strict editorial quality standards to protect our domain authority (DA 53, 1% Spam Score) and visitor trust. We reserve the absolute right to:

• Reject any submitted tool that fails our safety, quality, or authenticity checks.
• Categorize or re-categorize listings into the most relevant software taxonomy.
• Edit or refine promotional titles, descriptions, and tags for clarity, grammar, and neutral objectivity.

Note: In the event that a paid Fast-Track submission is rejected during editorial review due to policy non-compliance, the Customer is eligible for a full refund in accordance with our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All brand logos, trademarks, and third-party software screenshots displayed on OnlinePixelz remain the proprietary property of their respective owners. Their inclusion on OnlinePixelz is for descriptive, editorial discovery, and indexing purposes.

All platform software, curated ranking algorithms, visual designs, and written content authored by OnlinePixelz are protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

OnlinePixelz provides its software discovery directory and ranking platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we guarantee permanent backlink publication for approved Fast-Track listings and accurate rank placement based on paid bids, we do not make guarantees regarding specific third-party traffic numbers, customer acquisitions, or search engine ranking positions on Google or other engines.

In no event shall OnlinePixelz, its directors, or operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform. Our maximum cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific digital service in dispute.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru / New Delhi, India.
